What can I expect?

how long is an allenwood church service?

In total, our church service is about One Hour and 15 mins. We begin with a time of praise led by our extremely talented worship band. Song lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable.

Pastor Dave then, typically, teaches through the Bible verse by verse.

We close with a final song and fellowship.

What's the culture like at allenwood church?

We believe that God cares more about your heart than anything else. So while we are externally casual, our desire is to be internally reverent as we gather together before a loving and Holy God.

Jesus says to come as you are... and so do we!

What about my kids?

At Allenwood Church we provide a safe, age-appropriate environment where children are taught the Bible in a creative and relevant way. We have a passion for leading children to a life giving relationship with Jesus.

Infants through 12 years old are welcomed in the children’s ministry, located in the lower level of our building.

How It Works:

Classrooms are broken down by age range. Ages 0-3, 4-7, and 8-12.

The two younger classes have their own time of praise and worship downstairs, and the older children worship upstairs in the main sanctuary before coming down to their classroom to learn.

ALL children should be signed in to the age appropriate rooms before service begins.

Upon signing children in, parents will be given a pager. Should your pager light up during service, please report back to the children’s ministry area.

Children will not be allowed out of their classrooms until they are signed out by a parent and their pager is returned.

We are excited to announce we now have a designated room for nursing mothers, located behind the door on the far side of the classroom area.
