If Sunday mornings are our rally cry for The Kingdom, you could consider LifeGroups to be our heartbeat. We want to continue in the ways of the early church with breaking bread from house to house in gladness and simplicity of heart. We do this through our LifeGroups. A group of women supporting and developing friendships based on prayer for one another, trust in Jesus, and fun experiences. Structured and intentional with a willingness to modify and adjust as we move forward. May God do even more than we think is possible or can imagine in our lives (Ephesians 3:20).

The Bible declares that God has established leaders in the church for the purpose of building up the body of Christ for the work of the ministry. That means that the real ministry happens through the church as a whole. The question then is NOT should you be serving but rather how? and where? This isn’t a “one size fits all” sort of thing so we like to take a more personal approach to helping you find where to start. Fill out the short questionnaire when your ready and one of our Elder’s will reach out to set up a time to meet.

Allenwood Church is what we like to call: Pastor led | Elder Governed and Deacon Assisted | Congregational Affirmed in its governing structure. We operate in this structure together through covenant (NOT contract). Take some time to prayerfully and thoughtfully go through our “intro to covenant membership” classes and then when you are ready, follow the flow to complete your covenant membership application.
